A Message from the IfSC Concerning COVID-19
Date: 3/16/2020

Dear IfSC members, colleagues, and friends:
The Institute for Sustainable Communities, in accordance with Texas A&M guidelines and instructions, will be participating in social distancing for the next couple of weeks. We encourage our members to do the same and work from home if possible. While we all have important work and priorities, in times like this it is important to take precautions and most importantly care for yourself and your families. The health and well-being of our families and communities should be a top priority for everyone.
We encourage folks to be diligent in their efforts to help decrease the chances of spread by following CDC guidelines such as frequent handwashing, practicing social distancing, and staying home if you are feeling ill. Below are several helpful links with news and guidelines from TAMU campus, local, state, and federal sources.
If we can help in any way during these trying times, please reach out.
Be well and take care.
Sincerely,
Charlene Shroulote-Durán
Associate Director, Institute for Sustainable Communities
